This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which users may cancel their digital pocket money services with KIDPAY TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED.


1. Cancellation Requests

All cancellation requests must be submitted through our official channels, either via our website or by contacting our customer support.
Cancellation requests should be submitted at least 7 days prior to the intended cancellation date to ensure timely processing.


2. Refund Policy

Refunds are only available for cancellations made within the first 10 days of account activation. After 10 days, any remaining balance will be non-refundable.
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of approval of the cancellation request.
Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment used to fund the digital pocket money account.


3. Remaining Balance

Upon cancellation, any remaining balance in the digital pocket money account can be transferred back to the original funding source or another account specified by the user.
Any applicable service fees incurred up to the date of cancellation will be deducted from the remaining balance before processing the refund.


4. Non-Refundable Services

Certain services and fees are non-refundable, including but not limited to:
Setup fees.
Custom development work.
Any additional services explicitly stated as non-refundable at the time of purchase.


5. Changes to the Policy

KIDPAY TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to modify or update this Cancellation Policy at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes at least 30 days before they take effect.
